Who is Shiva's Great-grandfather?
During his wedding, these questions were asked to Lord Shiva:
Question: 'Who is your father?'
Answer: 'Brahma.'
Because Rudra originated from the forehead of Brahma.
Question: 'Who is your grandfather?'
Answer: 'Vishnu.'
Because Brahma originated from the navel of Vishnu.
Question: 'Who is your great-grandfather?'
Answer: 'That is none other than me.'
This is indeed true. Vishnu originated from the body of Lord Shiva and his glory is infinite.
