The Miracle of Lord Ganesha in Paris

Dr. Ravi Sharma was a respected professor from Mumbai. He had been invited to a prestigious conference in Paris. This was his first trip to Europe, and he was excited. He checked into a small hotel and prepared for his presentation. Everything seemed perfect.

One morning, Ravi was shocked to wake up and find  his passport, visa, wallet, mobile phone, and other belongings missing. His suitcase was empty.  Panic gripped him. He felt helpless in a foreign land.

Ravi immediately reported the theft to the hotel manager. The manager apologized but said he could not do much. Ravi contacted the local police, but the process was slow. He was left stranded without identification documentation or money. His return flight to Mumbai was just two days away. He did not know what to do.

Ravi sat on a bench outside the hotel, tears rolling down his face. Ravi was a devotee of Lord Ganeha.

He prayed intensely, 'O Lord Ganesha,  please help me. I don’t know what to do. Show me the way.'

Within some time, a man approached him. The man looked kind and spoke fluent Hindi. He introduced himself as Rajiv, an Indian who had been living in Paris for many years. Rajiv noticed Ravi’s distressed face and asked what had happened. Ravi narrated the whole story.

Rajiv listened carefully and said, 'Don’t worry. We will try to do something.' Ravi was surprised but felt a glimmer of hope.

Rajiv took Ravi to the Indian Embassy in Paris. There, Rajiv spoke to the staff and explained the situation. The officials were cooperative and issued emergency travel documents for Ravi. Rajiv also helped Ravi by lending him some money for food and transportation.

The next day, everything was arranged. Ravi’s flight was confirmed, and he had the necessary papers to travel. Before leaving, Ravi asked Rajiv, 'How did you find me?'

Rajiv smiled and said, 'I was walking home when I felt an inner voice telling me to take another route. That’s when I saw you. I believe God guided me to you.'

Ravi’s eyes filled with gratitude. He thanked Rajiv.  He also thanked Lord Ganesha for the miracle. Ravi reached Mumbai safely and shared his story with his friends and family. Everyone was amazed at how Lord Ganesha had helped him in a foreign land.

From that day, Ravi’s faith in Lord Ganesha grew stronger. He realized that prayers made with a pure heart are always answered. Lord Ganesha had not only removed obstacles from his path but had also sent a helping hand when he needed it the most.
