Vedadhara Public Religious Trust, (hereinafter referred to as the Trust, wherein the term includes its trustees, , administrators, beneficiary, and assigns) a trust, constituted under Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950 and having Registration Number E-10014 / Thane dt.04/08/2016 provides an on-line interactive platform, to provide guidance to followers of Hinduism on the tenets, religious scriptures, practices and rituals, and advice on various appropriate pujas, rituals and samskaras. The Trust, further provides assistance to the Subscriber by recommending Priests to perform the ritual/, puja /samskara (hereinafter referred to as Services) and indicating the Priest’s fees for performing such ritual, Pooja/Samskara). From providing a list of essential itmes to be arranged for conducting the rituals and Pooja, and answering several questions that one may have on the religious scriptures / practices / tennets.


These Terms of Use set forth the legally binding terms of your use of the Website https://www.vedadhara.com including all content available through https://www.vedadhara.com (herein after collectively referred to as the ‘Website’). The Terms of Use apply to Browsers/Viewers and/or Users/Subscribers of the Trust and the website. The term Viewer/ User/ Subscriber includes users who are accessing the Website for guidance and answers to questions they may have on scriptures, practices, rituals, pujas, samskaras and for assistance in having conducted such poojas, samskaras etc., in the location of their choice, locating the appropriate Priests for the respective rituals, and obtaining assistance in procuring pooja materials samagri etc. and/or other related services on the Website.

By browsing and / or using the Website you signify your assent to the terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) and the terms and conditions of the ‘Privacy Policy’ of the Trust, which is published on the Website for reference. In addition, when using particular services provided by us such as viewing any content, or uploading any, if any, you shall be subject to any additional guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

Kindly print these Terms of Use or save a copy of these Terms of Use for your records. If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not access or otherwise use this website or any other information or services contained in this website.

The Trust has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. In addition, the Trust will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third party site. By using the Website, you expressly relieve the Trust from any and all liability arising from your use of this Website and any third party website as aforesaid.


You are solely responsible for submitted content to be viewed on the website https://www.vedadhara.com including without limitation, information, text, software, graphics, photos, interactive features, messages, reviews, ratings and opinions about, organizing of events, venues, news, information, services, performances, comments to other people’s opinions, articles, ebooks, audios, videos, knowledge base, FAQs and the like, posted on the Website, and any material or information that you transmit to other users for your interactions with other users. The Trust does not endorse the product and / or performances, accuracy of rituals, timelines, appropriateness , or any other information and has no control over them. Content is not necessarily reviewed by The Trust prior to posting and does not necessarily reflect the endorsement, validation opinions or policies of the Trust .


The Trust makes no warranties, endorsement, validation express or implied, as to the content posted or submitted by Users, subscribers, viewers, copyright owners and/or their heirs etc. or to the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, safety, timelines, legality, security, reliability, quality and reliability of the postings, performances, knowledge, errors, omissions, submissions or any material or information displayed to the Viewers and/or provided by the Priests.

The Pooja, rituals, samskaras, including the Priest/Priests as suggested by Vedadhara the Trust for the appropriate occasion are purely recommendatory and the Trust does not guarantee benefit, retribution or mitigation as a result of performing such rituals /pujas / samskaras.

The interpretation, translation, commentary etc as given in the Website is only one of the many such interpretations, translations and comments that are possible and is the interpreter’s / translator’s / commentator’s own personal view and may not be the universal view.

The Trust makes no warranties that the manner of conducting the poojas/ rituals/ samskara is the universally best known mode of conducting the subscribed pujas / rituals / samskaras.


Users/Viewers/Subscribers shall not use the Website in order to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, distribute, share, store or destroy material, including without limitation any content on the Website

1. in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

2. in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others.

3. that belongs to another person and to which the User does not have any right to.

that is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, threatening, abusive or hateful or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating to/or encouraging money laundering or gambling or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever.

4. harm minors in any way.

5. deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such message or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature.

6. impersonate another person or entity.

7. contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of customers computer systems or Website.

8. threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states or of public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or insulting any other nation.

Users are also prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Website, including, without limitation the following activities:

2. attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization

3. attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to any website, overloading, "flooding", "spamming", "mail bombing" or "crashing";


When the User / Subscriber agrees and/or confirms to availing any service indicated on https://www.vedadhara.com then they automatically becomed registered members of the turst. When the user requests for information or enquires for a puja or chooses to participate in any puja, certain information will be required to be provided by them, including without limitation, a valid name, contact number, email ID. The Registration services are free of charge. In addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, you agree that the Trust may disclose to third parties, on an anonymous basis, certain aggregate information contained in your registration application. The Trust will not disclose to any third party your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number without your prior consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. The term “post” as used herein shall mean information that User/Subscriber submits, shares, publishes or display on a Website

The User/Subscriber is responsible for maintaining the user id password and confidentiality of the account access information. The User/Subscriber shall be responsible for their use of the Website registrations whether or not authorized by them. The Users/Subscribers are not authorized to share their user id or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and breach of this obligation may tantamount to disabling the Account and Services. The User/Subscriber agrees to immediately notify the Trust of any unauthorized use of your the Account, and user id passwords and any change in the Registration details therein.

Without limiting any of the other disclaimers of warranty set forth in these Terms of Use, the Trust does not provide or make any representation as to the quality or nature of any of the third party products or services availed through the Website https://www.vedadhara.com or any other representation, warranty or guaranty.


1. Any puja enquiry form submitted by the User/Subscriber must be accurate and describe the User/Subscriber and/or their requirements only. The puja enquiry form requires standard fields to be completed by the User/Subscriber which may include in these fields any telephone numbers, email addresses, address or other means of contacting the User/Subscriber, type of puja, date of the puja to be conducted, amount and another field that may be added from time to time

2. The User/Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that by agreeing to and/or confirming for a puja to be conducted or by participating in any puja through the vedadhara website, they would becomes members of the vedadhara community.

The User/Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any material contained therein placed by them on the Website. User/ Subscriber may voluntarily ask the Trust to remove the posting/ content uploaded by User.

3. The User/Subscriber understands and acknowledges that they have no ownership rights in the account created for registration and that if they cancel the account or the account is terminated, all the account information from the Website, including profiles, questionnaires will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from Website’s databases and will be removed from any public area of the Website. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through Website web servers. In addition, third parties may retain saved copies of the Users/subscribers Information.

4. The Website reserves the right to delete the Users/subscribers account and all of information after a significant duration of inactivity.

5. The Website further reserves the right to delete the User/ Subscriber’s account breach of the terms and conditions contained herein.

6. The booking for a Service, is not said to be confirmed until the User/subscriber receives a confirmation email from the Trust. In case the User/Subscriber does not receive such a confirmation email indicating the nature of service, the name of the priest and the fees payable to the fees priests, it is the responsibility of the User to contact the Trust at the contact information provided on the Website.


The use of the Website through a mobile device is possible. The User/Viewer/Subscriber agree that information about the use of the Website, registration of the User/Subscriber is possible through the mobile device and carrier. In addition, use of the Website through a mobile device may cause data to be displayed on and through your mobile device. By accessing the Website using a mobile device, the User/Subscriber represent that to the extent they import any of Website data unto their mobile device; they are responsible for all charges and necessary permissions related to accessing the Website through mobile access provider. In the event the mobile/mobile account is changed or deactivates, the User/Subscriber must promptly update their account information on the Website to ensure that the messages are not sent to the person that acquires the old number and failure to do so is their sole responsibility.

By using any downloadable application to enable use of the Website by the User/Subscriber, or any other Mobile / Web application created / provided / distributed by the Trust they are explicitly confirming their acceptance of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy associated with the Application provided at download or installation, or as may be updated from time to time


User/Subscriber commits himself and shall make full and final payment for the services to be availed by him through the facilitation of the Website, to the attending Priests on the scheduled date and time prior to the commencement of such pujas / rituals / samskaras. The Payment shall be for the full amount as indicated to the subscriber by email, a copy of which shall also be provided to the attending Priest / Priests. In case the Subscriber/User decides not to avail the services, he may cancel the services by contacting the Trust at any time 24 hours prior to the schedule date and time for which no cancellation charges will be levied. You may be asked to pay an advance at the time of booking of the puja the on the compliance of which alone the booking will be treated as confirmed. You will comply with payment instructions provided to you through the email confirmation of your scheduled puja / ritual / samskara. In case the User/Subscriber decides not to proceed with the services four hours prior to the Schedule time, or after the Priests arrives at the scheduled place, date and time, the User/Subscriber is bound to pay the Priests the amount indicated by the email and confirmed by the User/Subscriber.

Please note the following:

The User / Subscriber shall send an enquiry to the Trust by filling out all the details in the form provided for the purpose on the Website.

The Trust shall confirm by email the availability of priests for the requested time slot.

The requested time slot shall be kept blocked for the User / Subscriber for a period 24 hours at the end of which it expires if a confirmation is not received from the User / Subscriber.

The User / Subscriber shall make an email confirmation and comply with instruction for any advance payment within that period failing which the enquiry will be treated as closed.

You are only required to pay the amount mentioned in the email confirmation . The Trust is not responsible or liable to User/Subscriber in case you pay to the Priests any amount in addition to what is mentioned in the confirmation email.


(i) The Trust will not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any contents, product efficacy, service efficacy and/or the accuracy, completeness, information, knowledge, advice, timelines, messages, errors, suitability, appropriateness of services and/or products provided on/through the Website or for any ill effects loss or damage caused directly or indirectly, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary or consequential etc as a result of the any of the aforementioned issues..

(ii) The Trust will not be held liable for any errors, typographical errors, omissions, completeness, accuracy, reliability in the contents posted and viewed or for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary or consequential etc as a result of such content.

(iii) The Trust will not be liable for any indulgence of cyber stalking, acts amounting to cybercrime, doing of any act which amounts to a nuisance or any other act violating any provisions of the law for the time being in force.

(iv) In addition, please note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, underage persons or people includes the Priest / Priests, acting under false pretenses or representing themselves to be an expert or acquire a certain skill. The User/Subscriber assumes all risks associated with dealing with other users / third parties with whom they come in contact through the Website. By its very nature other people’s information may be incomplete, incorrect offensive, harmful or inaccurate, erroneous, and in some cases will be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. We expect that the User/Subscriber will use caution and common sense when using the Website and the Trust shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused as a result of the aforementioned acts/dealings.

(v) The Trust will not be held liable for any personal injury or property damage of any nature resulting from the services availed or products availed on recommendation of the Website or due to any virus, bug or other interruption or cessation from the Website caused due to third party.

(vi) The Trust shall inform the Subscriber about the name of the Priest/Priests and phone number. In case the recommended Priest is unable to attend the service as per the Schedule for any reason, including Force Majeure, the Trust shall not be liable for the same. However, the Trust will endeavor its best efforts to send adequate replacement to conduct the puja(s) as scheduled, but does not guarantee the same.

The Trust is not liable and does not confirm that each Priest or such person performing the rituals is who they claim to be. The Trust is not in a position to control their dealings and the behavior, ethics. If there is a dispute between Users / Subscribers and the priests about services offered, they will release the Trust from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential and direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes to the fullest extent permitted by law.

(vii) The Trust shall not be held liable for any loss or liability resulting, directly or indirectly, from delays or interruptions due to electronic or mechanical equipment failures, telephone interconnect problems, defects, no-show of the Priest, acts of God, riots, armed conflicts, acts of war, or other like causes.. The Website shall have no responsibility to provide access to the Website while interruption of the Website is due to any such cause shall continue.

The Website provides live streaming of pujas conducted in temple / temples. Such pujas are public events meant for universal welfare and not for specific individuals. The User / Subscriber can contribute towards conducting of such pujas on any specific date of the User’s / Subscriber’s choice by filling up and submitting the form provided for the purpose in the Website along with making a voluntary donation through the payment gateway provided on the website.

The Trust does not guarantee transmission or quality of such transmission through live streaming.

The does not guarantee pronouncing sankalpa on behalf of the individual User / Subscriber who has contributed towards the puja.

The Trust does not promise to send any prasada to the User / Subscriber who has contributed towards the puja.

(viii) The Trust shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from any change in registration information, or resulting from any unauthorized use of User/ Subscriber's account and passwords or from acting on any information posted by User or Subscriber.


(i) The Trust has the right to choose and use automated software filters that may prevent the user, author, viewer from uploading their content, views, information, opinion etc. or may affect its display and to terminate a user’s, viewer’s, authors access to its Website, if they are determined to be a habitual infringer. A habitual infringer is one who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice.

(ii) The Trust has the right to take any action that it deems necessary or appropriate to minimize its liability from the content, information, opinions, comments, ratings, reviews so displayed, viewed transmitted, shared or to preserve the Trust’s relationships with its service providers (such as its Internet access providers).

(iii) The Trust reserves the right to remove from its Website any information, content, photographs, containing nudity, obscene, lewd, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable, pornographic content. The Trust reserves the right to initiate stringent penal and criminal action against those found indulging in such activities.

(iv) The Trust has the right to take down any content which they have reason to believe to be misleading and/or fraudulent. The Trust has the unfettered right and obligation to comply with all the provisions of the Information Technology Act.

(v) The Trust at its sole discretion reserves the right to remove any postings on the website which they suspect is suspicious or not authentic.


(i) The User/Subscriber agrees not to upload, share, post, or transmit any matter, views, information which is incomplete, misleading, false, fraudulent, hateful, racial, threatening, defamatory, abusive, obscene, offensive, illegal, infringement of other’s rights including intellectual property rights, objectionable, which hurts the religious sentiments of any group of persons or individuals or is contrary to their beliefs and/or contrary to public order, immoral etc.

(ii) The User/Subscriber agrees not to publish or transmit or cause to be published or/and transmitted in the electronic form any information including spam which tends to mislead, corrupt the viewers, or any such content which is strictly prohibited under the Indian Penal Code, Information Technology Act, Copyright Act, Cyber law, law of Torts, Contract Law etc.

(iii) The User/Subscriber agrees not to copy or store any Content offered on the Website for other than your own use and use the Website and/ or its service, intentionally or unintentionally, to violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.

(iv) The User/Subscriber agrees not to make any submissions or statements or display any material that falsely expresses or implies that any prohibited content or material is sponsored or endorsed by the Trust.


The design, information and content contained in this Website is the exclusive property of the Trust and nothing in the Terms of Use can be construed to mean transfer or assignment such ownership, or a license to copy and/or transmit the contents.

The Trust retains all the rights, including copyright, in the data, images, software, documentation, text and other information displayed on the Website.

No part of this site may be reproduced by any process without written permission from the Trust. Copying or redistribution in any manner for commercial use, including commercial publication, or for personal gain is strictly prohibited.

The Trademarks of Third Parties may also be displayed on the Website. Nothing contained in this Website should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademarks displayed on the Website without the express written permission of the third party that may own the Trademarks displayed on the Website. Any unauthorized use of the Trademarks or any other intellectual property, except as authorized in these Terms and Conditions, is strictly prohibited. The risk and liability for unauthorized uses of such trade mark or materials is solely the users.


The User/Subscriber agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Trust, its affiliates, employees, members, and agents, from and against any and all claims, causes of action, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, fees (including attorney’s fees) costs, debt, demands, recoveries, fines, penalties and expenses of any kind or nature arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Website; (ii) the violation or non- compliance of any term of these Terms of Use; (iii) the violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, intellectual property right, or privacy right; This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Use and your use of the Website.

We reserve the right to disclosure of any personal information about the User/Subscriber and the use of the Website including its contents, without their prior permission if the Trust has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

1. conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process;

2. protect and defend our rights or property;

3. enforce the Terms of Use; or


These Terms of Use, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by the Trust without restriction


These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and any dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated at Mumbai or Thane, India
