Say this prayer on the day of your puja -

If it is for yourself -

In the story of my life, I stand before the universe, asking for the gift of a long and happy life. I see myself as the one telling my own story, like chapters in a book.

Dear Creator of Everything, I bow to you, the one who plans the journey of life. I'm here to ask for the special gift of living a long and fulfilling life. I want each day to be like a line in a beautiful poem, filled with meaningful moments and growth.

As I go through my life's story, I'm asking the powers beyond for good health and strength. I hope my years are full of joy, love, and good connections with others. I want to face life's challenges with energy and excitement.

I'm calling on Lord Dhanvantari, the healer, to keep me healthy and strong. I hope for protection from illnesses and the ability to overcome tough times.

I'm also asking for the care of Goddess, the mother of the universe. May her nurturing energy help me thrive in every part of my being.

As the one telling my own story, I'm grateful for the gift of life. I ask for the wisdom to appreciate every moment, the courage to face the unknown, and the peace to accept the ups and downs of life.

I trust that each breath and heartbeat is part of a bigger story. With respect and hope, I submit  my prayer to the great storyteller of the cosmos.

If it is for someone else -

O gracious and benevolent God, the keeper of life's sacred flame,I humbly bow before you, seeking your divine blessings for [Name of the person]. May your eternal light shine upon  him/her, guiding his/her path with wisdom and love.

Grant [Name] a life filled with joy, good health, and fulfillment. May each day be a tapestry woven with threads of happiness and prosperity. May his/her journey be adorned with moments of laughter, kindness, and profound connections with loved ones.

As the gentle winds of time carry [Name] through the seasons of life, shield him/her from the storms of adversity. May his/her days be long, marked by experiences that enrich the soul and bring forth the blossoms of spiritual growth.

I pray for [Name]'s well-being in mind, body, and spirit. May he/she find strength in the face of challenges, resilience in times of hardship, and solace in moments of reflection. Grant him/her the grace to embrace the ebb and flow of existence with equanimity.

Oh, divine protector, bestow upon [Name] the gift of longevity. Let his/her life be a testament to the beauty of your creation, a journey marked by love, compassion, and the pursuit of higher purpose.

In this sacred moment of prayer, Ie express my deepest gratitude for the gift of life and the bonds that connect us all. May the divine light within [Name] continue to shine brightly, illuminating the path ahead with the radiance of your eternal love.
