What is Sage Shandilya's view on bhakti?

According to Narada-bhakti-sutra.18, Sage Shandilya identifies Atman with Bhagavan. Uninterrupted absorption in the bliss of one's own Atman is supreme devotion towards Bhagavan.

Birth and Importance of Bharat
