Auspicious and inauspicious omens when starrting a journey or entering a place

A handsome man, dressed in white clothes, speaking sweet and pleasing words, brings success when seen during a journey or at entry. Similarly adorned women also bring success. In contrast, seeing people with disheveled hair, arrogant, with mutilated limbs, naked, smeared with oil, menstruating, pregnant, diseased, with excrement, mad, or with matted hair, brings inauspiciousness.
