How does Sage Garga define bhakti?

According to Narada-bhakti-sutra.17, Sage Garga defines bhakti as a keen interest in listening to and narrating the stories about the greatness of Bhagavan.

Is Mahabharata called Jaya?

Jaya is a generic name applied to a number of books including Mahabharata and Puranas. Jaya means victory. If a king listens to Jaya, it will get him victory over his enemies. A pregnant woman listening to Jaya will be blessed with a good child.
