Some more explanation into why did Bhagawan allow evil forces like Ravana, Kamsa, Madhu, Kaitabha to take birth only?

Why didn’t he prevent them from coming into existence?

Why did he allow them to torment people?

To understand this, we have to understand the purpose of human life.

We are here to learn.

We are here to learn, progress, and merge into Paramatma.

What is there to learn?

One- about the destination, where we have to go.

Unless you know about the destination, where will you go?

How will you go?

We have to understand about him.

About his greatness.

We have to understand and appreciate that he is omnipotent.

He can do anything that he wishes.

For this, he would demonstrate to us by taking an army of monkeys to Lanka and defeat someone as formidable as Ravana.

He killed Kamsa as a young boy, as a kumara.

He finished most of Kamsa’s demons even as a young child.

This is how we learn that he is all-powerful.

This is the only way he can show to us that he is all-powerful.

Unless he creates Kamsa, Chanura, Keshi, Ravana, Kumbhakarna, Shishupala, how will he make us know his endless power?

He is not doing this to get applauds.

He is doing this with a purpose.

To show us where we have to go.

What we have to become.

Is it physical power?

No, it is spiritual power.

Otherwise, how can a small boy kill monstrous Rakshasas as huge as mountains?

He is demonstrating to us the spiritual power.

For this, he has to create these Asuras first, right?

Unless there are mountains, how will you move mountains?

This is how we learn about the destination.

The greatest among all great powers.

Then the path.

How to reach him?

Through observance of dharma.

What is dharma?

To distinguish between good and evil and follow the good.

Suppose the world is plain.

There is no good, there is no evil.

Then there is no progress in such a world.

There is no evil in Swargaloka.

Everybody is good.

But then they remain as they are.

Even after 100 yugas, 1,000 yugas, they will still be the same.

There is no progress.

In a game, you can win, you can get a cup or a trophy only if you have an opponent.

If everybody is in your team, then there is no match.

This segregation into good and evil exists only on earth, in Manushyaloka.

Other worlds, it is either pure good or pure evil.

In such worlds, you cannot progress.

So, evil is deliberately created by the Lord, so that we can distinguish between good and evil, adopt good, and progress.

Imagine a child who has been brought up in the safest environment, most protective environment.

At the age of 12 or 13 suddenly the child faces a molester.

Will the child know how to handle the situation?

The child would blindly trust him and get trapped.

Get hurt.

So we educate the child; don’t interact with strangers.

They can do bad things to you.

They can hurt you.

We tell them stories.

We tell them about incidents.

For this we need examples.

The Lord created Ravana and Kamsa to show us that this is 100% evil.

There is not a single component of evil, single kind of evil that is not available in these monsters.

You study them, you will understand evil fully.

Your knowledge about evil will be complete.

Then you will not miss anything.

Everyone has a good side and a bad side, but the demons that the Lord eliminated, they are pure evil, they don't have a good side.

He created them so that we can understand about every kind of evil and stay away from them.

Ravana was a Shiva bhakta.

Why did the Lord make him a Shiva bhakta?

To show us how even bhakti can lead to mada, arrogance.

You take Robinhood, he robbed people but also gave to the poor.

So you are confused, whether to call him good or bad.

This is how most people are, a mix of good and bad.

So, if you are to be taught what adharma is, what evil is, then ordinary people cannot be used as models.

It is like those skeleton models in schools.

They have nothing but skeletons.

So that there is no confusion.

That's why the Lord created these demons as 100% evil, there is no confusion.

Anything and everything that they do, it has to be evil.

And Sanatana Dharma does not say that suffering is bad.

Tapaswis stand on one leg for 100 years suffer physical pain and gain out of it.

No pain, no gain.

Our warriors die on the battlefield to attain Swarga.

We call it Veeramrityu.

Even a mother suffers labor pain before a child comes into the world.

So don’t give over importance to suffering.

We don’t say that suffering should be completely eliminated.

That is a childish notion.

But the purpose of human birth is to progress.

Progress so that you become one with Paramatma.

To facilitate this, the Lord has created evil in the world.

And see whom did he send as evil forces to earth?

His own guards, Jaya and Vijaya.

Will a Rishi agree to do this?

No, he would say, no way.

Will a Deva agree to do this?

No, he would say, no way.

But his guards are at his beck and call.

They have to obey whatever he says.

Rishis will ask questions, they are intelligent- Lord, isn’t there some other way?

Why are you putting me through this?

But Jaya and Vijaya, they have no such liberty.

So they had to come to earth as: Hiranyaksha-Hiranyakashipu pair, Ravana-Kumbhakarna pair, and Shishupala-Dantavakra pair.

Inspired by Brahma to write the story of Sri Rama, Maharshi Valmiki went to the banks of the Tamasa river with his disciple Bharadwaj for bathing and midday rituals. There, they saw a pair of Krauncha birds wandering happily. At that time, the male Krauncha bird was killed by a hunter. Seeing the blood-soaked dead bird on the ground, the female Krauncha cried out in grief. Hearing her sorrowful cry, the compassionate heart of the sage was deeply moved. That same sorrow turned into a verse filled with pathos and emerged from Maharshi Valmiki's lips for the welfare of the world - Ma nishada pratishtham tvam agamah shashvatih samah. Yat krauncha mithunad ekam avadhih kamamohitam. The apparent meaning of the verse is a curse to the hunter—'O hunter, you will not find peace or fame for eternal years, because you have killed one of the Krauncha pair, which was in passion.' But the actual meaning is—'O Lakshmipati Ram, you have killed the world-destroyer Ravana, one of the Ravana-Mandodari pair, and thus, you will be revered for eternity.'
