We meditate on the Swan,
We contemplate the Supreme Swan.
May that Swan inspire us.
The swan symbolizes purity, wisdom, and spiritual enlightenment. It represents the ability to separate the eternal truth (like milk) from the temporary illusion (like water). The swan also signifies the soul's journey toward liberation and the attainment of divine knowledge.
Listening to the Hamsa Gayatri Mantra brings mental clarity, inner peace, and spiritual growth. It helps in removing confusion and enhances the ability to distinguish truth from illusion. The mantra calms the mind, promotes focus, and strengthens the connection with higher consciousness. It also aids in attaining wisdom, purity, and liberation by aligning the soul with divine energy. Regular listening can deepen meditation and foster a sense of inner bliss and harmony.
Bhima defeated Jarasandha under the guidance of Krishna. Bhima, Arjuna, and Krishna visited Jarasandha's capital in disguise. They challenged Jarasandha to wrestle and Jarasandha agreed to fight with Bhima. Even after 14 days, Jarasandha could not be defeated. Then Krishna signaled to Bhima that he should tear Jarasandha's body vertically into two and throw them in opposite directions. That was the only way to kill Jarasandha.
They will keep on watching their mind. The moment they see that it is drifting away, they will bring it back to Bhagavan.
